Art. 2.° Las armas que no quieran comprar los Estados, i que a juicio del Poder Ejecutivo no estén útiles para el servicio nacional, serán vendidas en pública subasta prévia invitacion publicada en los periódicos oficiales de la Nacion i del Estado en que estén depositadas las armas, con noventa dias de anticipacion.
