° A partir del 1° de enero de 1988, el auxilio por muerte de que trata el literal f) del artículo 10 del Decreto 2140 de 1976, será de cuarenta y cinco mil pesos ($ 45.000.00) moneda corriente. El reconocimiento se hará en caso de muerte de los hijos y de los padres que dependan económicamente del empleado, del cónyuge y en ausencia del anterior, del compañero o compañera permanente.
