º . El avalúo catastral de todos los inmuebles se actualizará para la vigencia de 1983. Para este efecto, el último avalúo vigente, se reajustará en un diez por ciento (10%) anual que se acumulará año por año, de acuerdo con su antigüedad o fecha. El período del reajuste no podrá exceder de 15 años. El Instituto Geográfico "Agustín Codazzi" y las Oficinas de Catastro de Cali, Medellín y Antioquia, incorporarán dichas modificaciones en los registros catastrales.
