La Carretera Central del Norte, en el trayecto comprendido entre la ciudad de Tunja y el Puente Internacional, y la carretera del Noroeste, en el trayecto comprendido entre Ubaté y Barbosa, serán pavimentadas preferiblemente en cemento, de acuerdo con las especificaciones técnicas que al efecto determine el Ministerio de Obras Públicas.

Parágrafo

Las obras que se decretan en esta Ley, deben ser mantenidas preferencialmente dentro del plan nacional de pavimentaciones.
