Artículo noveno. A los barberos, peluqueros y manicuristas, que mantengan vínculos de continuada dependencia con una determinada persona natural o jurídica, a la cual le prestan sus servicios en virtud de un contrato de trabajo, verbal o escrito, en forma habitual y permanente, no importa la forma de remuneración, les son aplicables las disposiciones de la Ley 10 de 1934 y Decreto 652 de 1935.
