ARTICULO 102

Todo tratado y todo acuerdo internacional concertados por cualesquiera Miembros de las Naciones Unidas después de entrar en vigor esta carta, serán registrados en la secretaria y ubicados por esta a la mayor brevedad posible.

Ninguna de las partes en un tratado o acuerdo internacional que no haya sido registrado a las disposiciones del párrafo 1 de este artículo, podrá invocar dicho tratado o acuerdo ante órgano alguno de las Naciones Unidas.
