Los cursos extraordinarios vespertinos, nocturnos y dominicales, se abrirán en cada establecimiento para los operarios, aprendices y maestros que no pudiendo asistir a los cursos regulares, deseen seguir tales estudios aunque sea en forma simplemente aproximada. Para cada establecimiento el Ministerio de Educación Nacional, de acuerdo con las circunstancias especiales de la región, reglamentará estos cursos en la forma más adecuada.
