º . La Caja de Crédito Agrario e Industrial será administrada por una Junta Directiva y un Gerente. La Junta Directiva se compondrá de cinco miembros designados así: cuatro por el Gobierno y uno por la Junta Directiva del Banco de la República. De los cuatro Directores que designe el Gobierno, uno será tomado de la terna presentada por la Federación Nacional de Cafeteros; dos de lista de agricultores y de industriales presentadas al Gobierno por el Banco de la República, y el cuarto miembro será de libre nombramiento del Presidente de la República, quien podrá designar para tal efecto al titular del Ministerio de Industrias o del de Agricultura, llegado el caso. Por cada Director se designará un suplente.
