º . Para efectos de la escisión, los accionistas de ISA conservarán su participación porcentual en esta sociedad y participarán en la misma proporción en la nueva que se conforme. No obstante lo anterior, con sujeción a las disposiciones que la rigen los socios de las dos sociedades incluyendo la Nación, podrán enajenar las acciones que les correspondan.
