Art. 126. En la Escuela central de Artes y Oficios de Bogotá, la enseñanza teórica consistirá en que los alumnos se perfeccionen en la Escritura, la Aritmética, elementos de Algebra, Geometría elemental, Geometría descriptiva, Trigonometría, Mecánica industrial y elementos de Física y de Química y Dibujo lineal de ornamentos y de máquinas. Para la enseñanza práctica habrá los siguientes talleres: Mecánica, Herrería, Fundición, Modelería, Carpintería, Ebanistería, Cerrajería, Calderería, Hojalatería y Carretería.
