Artículo sexto. La Corporación tendrá una Junta Directiva integrada por representantes de sus miembros y por uno del Departamento Administrativo de Planeación Nacional.

Parágrafo

La Junta Directiva determinará la admisión de nuevos miembros de la Corporación, los cuales podrán ser organismos nacionales o extranjeros, cuyos fines correspondan a los de la Corporación, o quieran cooperar en sus actividades.
