Art. 367 . Puede también interponerse recurso de casación contra las sentencias definitivas de segunda instancia dictada por los tribunales superiores en los juicios de concurso de alrededores, cuando exista la primera de las causales del artículo 369 de esta ley, y ocurran, además, las tres circunstancias enunciadas en el artículo anterior.
