La deuda de Tesorería por créditos pendientes el 31 de Diciembre de 1904, registrada en virtud de Resolución número 26 de 18 de Julio de 1906 del Ministerio de Hacienda y Tesoro, se convertirá en documentos de crédito al portador que se denominarán vales de Tesorería.
