º. Negociación de títulos valores y otros documentos . En los términos del numeral 9º del artículo 530 del Estatuto Tributario está exento del impuesto de timbre el endoso de valores o títulos valores, así como los documentos que se otorguen con el único propósito de precisar las condiciones de la negociación tales como aquéllos que se efectúan en desarrollo de operaciones de venta de cartera, reporto, carrusel, futuros, fotwards, swaps y opciones.
