Decreto 2493 de 2004 · por el cual se reglamentan parcialmente las Leyes 9ª de 1979 y 73 de 1988, en relación con los componentes anatómicos.

Obligación de informar a la justicia ordinaria. Si de los hechos materia del procedimiento sancionatorio se considera que puedan derivarse conductas delictivas, se deberá compulsar copias de las actuaciones surtidas a la autoridad competente con el objeto de que inicie las investigaciones a que hubiere lugar.

Parágrafo

La existencia de un proceso penal o de otra índole, no dará lugar a la suspensión del procedimiento sancionatorio previsto en este decreto.
