Artículo diez y seis . La dirección y control técnicos de la exploración, explotación y distribución de uranio, torio, rádium y demás sustancias vinculadas a la producción de la energía atómica nuclear, son funciones privativas del Instituto de Asuntos Nucleares, las que podrá ejercer directamente o por intermedio de otros organismos administrativos, y en especial de los encargado de otorgar concesiones o permisos para tales actividades.
