Si entre los comuneros hay sucesiones hereditarias indivisas, no es menester que éstas se liquiden previamente, y, en consecuencia, los árbitros tienen potestad para dar instrucciones a los agrimensores para que hagan la división entre los herederos de los causantes respectivos en la proporción que los mismos árbitros señalen.
