Artículo cuarto . Las corporaciones financieras podrán adelantar los negocios fiduciarios que fueren propios a su finalidad, a través de las secciones debidamente autorizadas por la Superintendencia Bancaria de acuerdo con los artículos 105 y 107 de la Ley 45 de 1923. También podrán realizar operaciones de fiducia mercantil de conformidad con lo señalado en el artículo 1226 y siguientes del Código de Comercio.
