De los convenios que celebre la entidad administradora del Fonsat. Los convenios referidos se celebrarán por el representante legal del fonsat, preferiblemente con los establecimientos hospitalarios o clínicos, teniendo en cuenta las políticas de racionalización, eficiencia y austeridad en el gasto público, pactándose tarifas especiales para este tipo de atención a las víctimas de accidentes de tránsito, que serán adoptadas a través de la Junta de Tarifas para el Sector Salud.
