"Artículo 51. Horario oficial del terminal. Las horas oficiales de trabajo del terminal serán: de 7:00 am a 1I:00 a. m. y de 1:00 p, m. a 5;00 pm salvo los domingos y días festivos reconocidos por la ley, que se consideraran como trabajo extraordinario. Sin embargo, las naves se recibirán y despacharán a cualquiera hora fuera de las que define el horario oficial, a petición de los interesados y cuando sea necesario para que la nave pueda mantener su itinerario. Pero el trabajo verificado fuera de las horas oficiales deberá reconocerse y pagarse por quien lo solicite, y de conformidad con lo que dispongan las leyes y reglamentos sobre la materia.
