Artículo transitorio. La Caja de Crédito Agrario, Industrial y Minero podrá otorgar préstamos de amortización gradual y de carácter comercial a las personas de que tratan los artículos 4º del Decreto 1766 y 2º del Decreto 2352 de 1948, en los términos y condiciones señalados en esos decretos y con la sola garantía del Gobierno. Este artículo estará en vigencia mientras se cumplen las disposiciones de los decretos mencionados.
