º . Corríjese el yerro caligráfico contenido en el artículo 35 de la Ley 1176 del 27 de diciembre de 2007, el cual quedará así: " Artículo 35. Los recursos del Sistema General de Participaciones girados a los departamentos del Vichada, Guainía, Vaupés y Guaviare, con sus respectivos municipios, destinados a prestar servicios de salud de primer nivel y prevención en salud, serán contratados por ellos exclusivamente con la red hospitalaria pública existente en el lugar, siempre que tengan los servicios disponibles y estos sean prestados en forma eficiente con tarifas competitivas y de buena calidad. El Ministerio de la Protección Social podrá diseñar planes de seguimiento para el cumplimiento de esta norma".
