Para calificar una Tesis, el Comando General nombrará una Junta de tres (3) Oficiales de mayor grado o antigüedad al autor del trabajo presentado. El Oficial más antiguo será el Presidente de la Junta. El plazo para la calificación será de treinta (30) días.
