Las entidades públicas que hayan adelantado los respectivos trámites de negociación directa o de expropiación deberán destinar a los fines señalados en el presente decreto todos los inmuebles adquiridos, en el término de un año contado a partir de la fecha de entrega de los mismos. Declarado Exequible por la Corte Constitucional mediante Sentencia C- 227 de Marzo 30 de 2011.
