Si los predios se adquieren en forma parcial, los avalúos catastrales que servirán de base para calcular el monto del pago de que trata el literal a) del artículo 4º de la Ley 56 de 1981 a favor de los municipios, serán los que proporcionalmente correspondan a las áreas que efectivamente se adquieran y se programen adquirir por las entidades propietarias.
