El servicio comunitario de radiodifusión sonora, tendrá prioridad en la asignación de frecuencias dentro de la disponibilidad en Amplitud Modulada (A.M.) y Frecuencia Modulada (F.M.), de tal forma que se garantice la prestación de este servicio en todos los municipios, distritos o localidades del país que lo requieran.
