La tarifa de derechos para la revisión de pasaportes extranjeros se elaborará a base del principio de reciprocidad. El Poder Ejecutivo fijará en el decreto reglamentario de esta Ley dicha tarifa que ellos tengan y cuando sea el caso según la siguiente clasificación de duración para hacer uso de tales vistos buenos:

Visto bueno por un año para entrar varias veces a Colombia;

Visto bueno por seis meses para entrar una vez a Colombia;

Visto bueno por tres meses para entrar una vez a Colombia.
