Elección de Directores. Los comerciantes inscritos o matriculados elegirán directamente por el sistema del cuociente electoral a los Directores de las Cámaras de Comercio, salva a los representantes del Gobierno Nacional. Corresponderá sólo a los afiliados la elección de Directores de Cámaras de Comercio cuando éstas tengan más de trescientos comerciantes inscritos o matriculades y sus afiliados sean de un número superior al 10% del total de los matriculados.
