De acuerdo con el ceremonial precedente se verificará la recepción de los Enviados en Misiones Especiales, y las audiencias que se concedan a éstos o a los Embajadores para la entrega de sus cartas de retiro. Para los actos solemnes de entrega de condecoraciones, la Sección de Protocolo del Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores señalará el ceremonial que haya de observarse.
