El Gobierno Nacional, la Gobernación de Santander y el municipio de Charalá quedan autorizados para impulsar y apoyar ante otras entidades públicas o privadas, nacionales o internacionales, la obtención de recursos económicos adicionales o complementarios a las que se autorizaren apropiar en el Presupuesto General de la Nación de cada vigencia fiscal, destinadas al objeto que se refiere la presente ley.
