°. Régimen de liquidación. Por tratarse de una Empresa Industrial y Comercial del Estado del sector descentralizado del orden nacional, de conformidad con lo previsto en el artículo 52 de la Ley 489 de 1998, la liquidación de la Caja Nacional de Previsión Social, Cajanal, EICE, se someterá a las disposiciones del Decreto ley 254 de 2000 y a la Ley 1105 de 2006 y las normas que lo modifiquen, sustituyan o reglamenten y a las especiales del presente decreto.
