Art. 165. Si las libranzas de que habla esto Código no fueren pagadas al tercer dia de su presentacion, o si no se hallare la persona que debe aceptarlas i cubrirlas, el Tesorero jeneral i demás empleados de recaudacion lo anotarán al pié de ellas i las devolverán a la Aduana respectiva para su cobro. En este caso se cargará al introductor el interes que fija el artículo 1385 de este Código, desde la fecha del ajustamiento. (Doce por ciento anual).
