(Transitorio) así: A los contribuyentes del impuesto sobre la renta, complementarios y recargos, no comprendidos en el artículo anterior, concédese plazo hasta el 31 de marzo de 1961, para pagar, sin intereses moratorios, el valor de los impuestos liquidados por los años gravables de 1957 y anteriores.

Parágrafo

La condenación de los intereses moratorios no podrá exceder de dos mil pesos ($ 2.000.00).
