Instalado El Consejo, Acto Seguido Se Hará Comparecer A Los Sindicados Presentes Y Se Les Leerá La Resolución De Convocatoria, Con La Advertencia De Que Deben Designar Un Apoderado Militar, Que Sea Oficial Y Que Figure En La Lista De Qué Trata El Artículo Anterior

Instalado el Consejo, acto seguido se hará comparecer a los sindicados presentes y se les leerá la Resolución de convocatoria, con la advertencia de que deben designar un apoderado militar, que sea Oficial y que figure en la lista de qué trata el artículo anterior. A quien no hiciere la designación, el Presidente le nombrará uno de oficio.

Parágrafo

Cumplidas las anteriores formalidades, el Presidente, en alta voz, declarará reos ausentes a aquellos sindicados que figuren en la Resolución de convocatoria cuya comparecencia no sé, haya obtenido, hará los respectivos nombramientos de apoderados de oficio y les dará posesión.
