Con los valores provenientes de la venta, arrendamiento o cualquiera otra clase de transacciones de ejidos, los municipios formarán un fondo rotativo que irá a una cuenta especial, y será destinado a la compra de nuevos terrenos, con el fin de parcelarlos y venderlos en la forma determinada en los artículos anteriores.
