Art. 6º. El Instituto Homeopático no podrá en lo sucesivo expedir diploma de Médico homeópata sino a los individuos que hayan presentado previamente certificado de haber ganado en las Facultades de Medicina los cursos de primer año y los de Anatomía, Fisiología y Patología general.
