ARTICULO 87. En aquellas ciudades con más de 200.000 habitantes, para el radio de acción metropolitano y/o urbano, no podrán seguir prestando servicio público de transporte en las fechas señaladas en el presente Decreto. Vehículos no transformados cuyos modelos se detallan a continuación: - 31 de diciembre de 1993 modelos 1967 y anteriores. - 31 de diciembre de 1995 modelos 1974 y anteriores. - 31 de diciembre de 1998 modelos 1978 y anteriores. - 31 de diciembre de 1999 vehículos de veinte (20) años de edad o más.
