Ley 79 de 1988 · Por la cual se actualiza la legislación cooperativa

En las asambleas generales corresponderá a cada asociado un solo voto, salvo la excepción consagrada en el artículo 96 de la presente Ley.

Los asociados o delegados convocados no podrán delegar su representación en ningún caso y para ningún efecto.

Las personas jurídicas asociadas a la cooperativa participarán en las asambleas de éstas, por intermedio de su representante legal o de la persona que éste designe.
