Art. 8.° El director del crédito nacional inutilizará por si mismo, bajo la inspeccion del secretario del tesoro, los documentos que, por cualquier motivo, se hayan amortizado en su oficina, i los conservará bajo su responsabilidad, como comprobantes anexos al respectivo espediente, hasta la incineracion de tales documentos por las comisiones lejislativas del crédito nacional.
