El distintivo de buena conducta a que se refiere el artículo 214 del Decreto 1212 de 1990, será otorgado por la Dirección General de la Policía Nacional, con motivo de celebrarse el aniversario de la institución. Para el pago de la bonificación correspondiente, la División de Sistemas incluirá oficiosamente el porcentaje establecido tomando la novedad de la orden administrativa de personal.
