Art. 2.° Auméntase el sueldo del Telegrafista de Puerto Nacional (Gamarra) á mil ochocientos pesos ($ 1,800) anuales y el de los Telegrafistas de Corozal, Sincé, Ovejas, Carmen, Magangué, Sincelejo, San Juan Nepomuceno, Tamalameque, La Gloria y la Ciénaga con ciento veinte pesos ($ 120) anuales para cada uno de ellos.
