Completa la copia, a renglón seguido se pondrá la nota de su expedición que indicará el número ordinal correspondiente a ella, los números de las hojas del papel competente en que ha sido reproducida, la cantidad de éstas y el lugar y la fecha en que se compulsa. Terminará con la firma autógrafa del Notario y la imposición de su sello, con indicación del nombre y denominación del cargo. Todas las hojas serán rubricadas y selladas.
