º. Declarantes . De conformidad con lo previsto en el artículo 10 del Decreto 2685 de 1999, los comerciantes establecidos en la Zona de Régimen Aduanero Especial deberán actuar ante la Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales a través de Sociedades de Intermediación Aduanera o directamente, en los casos contemplados en el artículo 11 del citado decreto.
