°. La inscripción del nacimiento deberá efectuarse ante el correspondiente funcionario del estado civil del Municipio donde haya acaecido, dentro del mes siguiente a su ocurrencia. Queda en estos términos modificado y adicionado el artículo 7° del Decreto 1003 de 1939.
