La suma anteriormente expresada será pagada por la Administración de Hacienda del Circuito de Pasto, mediante las respectivas cuentas de cobro que presentará el Tesorero de la Junta del Hospital, visadas por el Presidente de la misma.

Parágrafo

Para la efectividad del pago, se remesarán oportunamente a dicha Oficina los fondos necesarios para cubrir el gasto.
