Autorízase al Organo Ejecutivo para ceder a la ciudad de Honda con el fin de que sean utilizados por ella: el uno para establecer un asilo de ancianos u otra fundación destinada a la asistencia social, y el otro para cuartel de la Policía Municipal, los edificios que la Nación posee en dicho Municipio denominados "Cuarteles de La Popa" y de "La Ceiba."
