Tan luego como el Tribunal reciba el expediente, le dará traslado por tres días al Agente del Ministerio Público de mayor categoría que haya en el lugar, el cual deberá emitir concepto en el fondo. Devuelto el expediente, el Tribunal Seccional tiene tres días de término para dictar el fallo definitivo que estimare legal. Vigente desde: 31/12/1916 y hasta el: 24/11/1920
