Práctica de pruebas. Vencido el término anterior, el miembro del Consejo al cual se asignó la repartición de la denuncia, dispondrá de veinte (20) días para practicar las pruebas solicitadas por el denunciado y las demás de oficio que considere convenientes para lograr un mayor esclarecimiento de los hechos. El término probatorio se podrá ampliar mediante auto hasta por veinte (20) días, en el evento de que no fuere posible practicar la totalidad de las pruebas en el término inicialmente establecido.
