De conformidad con el artículo 35 del Decreto extraordinario 294 de 1973, el Presidente de la República fijará dentro de las cuotas de funcionamiento para cada Ministerio, Departamento Administrativo o Superintendencia, la correspondiente partida señalada en el artículo 1º. y en la cuantía prevista en el artículo 2º. de esta Ley.
