° El Consejo Nacional De Fotografía Y Camarografía, Mediante Resolución Motivada, Ordenará O Denegará La Matrícula Y Expedición De La Tarjeta Profesional

° El Consejo Nacional de Fotografía y Camarografía, mediante resolución motivada, ordenará o denegará la matrícula y expedición de la tarjeta profesional.

Parágrafo

La resolución que expida el Consejo Nacional de Fotografía y Camarografía, se notificará al interesado según lo establecido en el Capítulo X, Título I del Libro Primero del Código Contencioso Administrativo y normas que lo modifiquen o adicionen.
